Job Title:

A Manager who Oversees Countrywide Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and guide a team of field operations specialists to ensure they are properly trained, equipped and perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Plan, assign tasks, manage schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between field teams, other departments and management.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues or problems that arise in the field and with the team.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide on-site safety training and guidance to the field operations team. Ensure proper use, care and maintenance of assets, equipment and vehicles.
  • Report incidents or hazards promptly, creating reports and informing management immediately.
  • Coordinate with senior managers, HSE, P&C and participate in planning and executing field operations and projects.
  • Manage resources to ensure operational readiness, including spare equipment, consumables and materials.
  • Create and submit costs for procurement and project creation as needed.
  • Work closely with OPS, Purchasing and Finance teams.
  • Monitor project progress, quality and performance against goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities and project status.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Identify and resolve problems during field operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for field staff.
  • Collaborate with local regulators for successful operations.
