Sales Training and Development

As a Sales Capability Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the capabilities of our sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs, design onboarding programs for new sales team members, and facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve sales skills.
  2. Collaborate with sales leadership to define skills and knowledge requirements, conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness, and create and maintain training materials and resources.
  3. Develop e-learning modules and digital training tools, provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, and monitor emerging trends in sales methodologies and best practices.
  4. Work with HR to align performance management with sales goals, coordinate cross-functional training initiatives, manage external training vendors and consultants, and report on training outcomes and improvements in sales performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales management roles.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing training programs for sales teams, strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, and exceptional presentation and training delivery skills.
  4. Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights, experience with sales force automation tools and CRM software, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
