Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our SaaS software solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, including quality and health, safety, and environment (HSE).
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to understand their unique business challenges and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry verticals.
- Client Engagement: Nurture relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions that address their specific QHSE needs.
- Solution Selling: Leverage expertise in business processes to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the QHSE space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
