Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to expand our presence both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for ERP and software products, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless contract renewals and customer succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Contract Renewal and Upsell Opportunities:
    • Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.
  4. Customer Succession Planning and Market Research:
    • Strategize and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity in client accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth transition for customers, addressing potential challenges effectively.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract renewals in CRM systems.
    • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
