
Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at MM Management Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving sales growth in the Oman market. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer mapping and understanding client needs
- Solution designing and proposing suitable solutions to clients
- Closing deals by analyzing costs and sales, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring timely collection
- MIS preparation and timely updating in CRM
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in the Oman market is a prerequisite, and knowledge of the steel industry is preferred.
