Strategic Sales Leader

About the Role:

A seasoned sales professional is sought after to lead and execute business growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion and market penetration within the flexible packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.

· Foster strong relationships with key clients across GCC, Africa, or both, while maintaining a solid presence in the Oman market.

· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's market share within the Labels & Flexible Packaging sector.

· Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to guarantee timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform adaptive business strategies.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, collections, and market insights.

· Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
