Job Description

The role of In-House Search Lead entails developing a search strategy for our business, ensuring processes enable headhunted talent to move smoothly through the pipeline.

  • Develop a comprehensive search strategy to identify and attract top talent.
  • Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes and enhance their ability to approach and attract exceptional candidates.
  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights, partnering with the business to optimize hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural interviews to gain valuable insights into candidate motivations and behaviours.
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery against hiring objectives.
  • Consider employer brand and its impact on candidate experience.
  • Continuously seek improvement in hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and underpinning sourcing strategies accordingly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Professional experience in headhunting or in-house search functions, with a deep understanding of successful strategies and experience in sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, creating learning programs to develop their ability to engage with passive talent.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments and their applications.
  • Ability to conduct behavioural interviews and train stakeholders to get the best out of an interview.
  • An exceptional academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology or people-based subject, and a good level of Maths from High School.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns from data, and proficiency with LinkedIn talent modules.
  • A high level of personal organisation to work remotely effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company events.
