Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and effectively running the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems and processes to aid recruitment, staffing, retention, and development of the sales teams
  • Align an overall compensation benchmark across all levels of the team to attract, retain, and grow required talent
  • Identify talent pool mix to include local as well as expatriate team members
  • Design a performance management system & foster a pay for performance culture
  • Lead organization capability development with tools for training and development

Requirements:

  • Omani Nationals preferred or at least long term residents in Oman
  • University degree in Business administration or Human Resources
  • 3-6 years of generalist experience with experience setting up and developing the key HR functions within a large organisation
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
