Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and support staff during shifts, ensuring they follow established standards and procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in all assigned areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth delivery of food and beverages.
  • Resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and managing shift coverage as needed.
  • Monitor inventory, manage requisitions, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
  • Support the implementation of promotions, theme nights, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, service issues, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage service procedures, wine and cocktail basics, and point-of-sale systems.
