We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing the daily operations of the kitchen and production area, ensuring that they are carried out at the highest standard. They will work closely with the Food & Beverages Manager to implement the IKEA Food Service Concept in the restaurant, café, and other food outlets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proven leadership abilities and the ability to multitask. They should be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in the culinary or food service industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years food service experience, preferably in a high-volume business
  • An interest and knowledge of culinary or food service industry
  • The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and constantly changing retail environment

You will also be expected to lead by example and support and coach colleagues on the job to meet the needs of customers and grow professionally.
