As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary establishment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the kitchen, stewarding, and restaurant teams to guarantee seamless service.

You will conduct regular training sessions with your assigned team to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as guest care, product awareness, grooming standards, and upselling techniques.

Maintenance and upkeep of the outlet's facilities are also within your remit, including reporting any equipment failures or problems to the maintenance department and participating in training and development schemes recommended by senior management.

You will be responsible for maintaining the proper appearance and grooming of assigned staff, handling guest welcome and seating arrangements, and fostering professional and friendly relationships with patrons to ensure their well-being.

To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of all menus, promotions, and relevant issues concerning the outlet, as well as contribute to the upkeep of the outlet's database of regular guests.

You will resolve guest complaints directly or consult with your supervisor, prepare store requisitions for signature, and ensure the accurate delivery of goods.

Familiarity with the outlet's menu and promotional activities is essential, as is adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, teamwork, and adaptability, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.
