Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Coordinate customs clearance and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Harmonized System codes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and updates regarding transportation and export status.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customs officials, port authorities, and shipping lines to ensure seamless cargo movements.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
  • Prepare and send regular reports to clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in customs brokerage, sea exports, or transportation logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Oman customs regulations, export documentation, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
