We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the entire order process from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order process, ensuring timely delivery and smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to optimize processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of materials and services.
  • Identify and resolve potential delays or issues in the supply chain.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Expeditor or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret complex documentation.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in business management.
