We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Muscat

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating across various internal teams and external partners to optimize our supply chain, with a crucial focus on overseeing all import and purchase activities. If you're a proactive and collaborative individual with outstanding communication skills and a meticulous approach to purchasing and imports, we encourage you to apply.

We particularly appreciate candidates with experience in the tile, ceramic, sanitary ware, or general construction material industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all importations and purchases are handled efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate effectively between the sales team, store team, and purchasing department to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and efficient inventory management.
  • Oversee and monitor overall supply chain operations.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for all logistics-related information.
  • Facilitate effective warehouse coordination to optimize the storage and movement of goods.
  • Guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of goods to their destinations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
  • Track inventory and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
  • Identify and resolve logistics issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive reports on logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant IT tools for data analysis and logistics management.
  • Proven experience in a logistics coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
