Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cooks, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Manage and motivate a team of cooks, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu planning principles.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
