Marketing Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing and implementing long-term and annual marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and center positioning. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional marketing team to monitor and control budget expenditures, ensure adherence to accounting procedures, and oversee variance reports.

  1. Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with the regional marketing manager.
  2. Monitor and control monthly budget expenditures to ensure alignment with MAFI accounting procedures.
  3. Provide regular variance reports to the regional marketing department.
  4. Manage customer service staff and implement service initiatives, including tenant relations.
  5. Handle customer focus groups and train customer service staff.
  6. Organize consumer research and utilize findings to enhance the marketing program.
  7. Develop and implement a public relations plan as part of the annual marketing strategy.
  8. Establish relationships with media and key community groups.
  9. Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns that reflect the center's brand.
  10. Ensure all marketing materials align with the creative positioning and templates.
  11. Develop cost-effective media plans.
  12. Plan and execute special events and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or PR.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in events, PR, or marketing.
  3. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  4. Proficient in computer applications.
  5. Strong financial skills.
  6. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
