What You'll Do

The Front Desk Agent role at 21c Museum Hotels is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling check-in/check-out procedures accurately.
  2. Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests based on availability and preferences.
  3. Cashiering: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established systems and procedures.
  4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and managing guest information.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to deal with guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
