Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team at one of our GCC locations. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and as such, it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
- To maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and any special requests.
- To handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and issuing receipts as required.
- To work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues in other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
- To maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel facilities, services, and local area, able to provide recommendations and information to guests as needed.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; Arabic is an asset.
- Able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Opera System or similar property management software is a plus.
