Job Overview

This role is a high-level position within our team, responsible for the delivery of end-to-end merchant product support. The successful candidate will be accountable for timely delivery of all acquiring related product enhancements and new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Introduction of new payment options that benefit the bank.
  • Leveraging technology for business success.
  • Setting up and reviewing merchant portals, apps, and integration documents for POS and ecommerce platforms.
  • Contributing to seamless and ongoing systems improvements to streamline payment acquiring processes.
  • In-depth market awareness of online gateway services and new features and enhancements.
  • Performing UAT and end-to-end technical support for acquiring related activities POS and ecommerce in UAT and production environments.
  • Supporting merchants with POS integration along with vendors DLL, app to app, API, and cloud-based ECR integration with different types of POS terminals.
  • Supporting merchants with ecommerce integration with ONET, CYBS, MPGS, and other platforms.
  • Providing end-to-end training to merchants on unified checkout, ONET, CYBS, MPGS, and other portal access.
  • Coordinating with IT teams for POS terminal application testing and rollout in the market.
  • Enabling wallet payment acceptance such as Samsung Pay and Apple Pay on ecommerce platforms.
  • Addressing merchant complaints on POS and ecommerce failures and issues.
  • Managing roll-out plans and implementation for new products in the market.
  • Following up with vendors for solution provision on terminal hardware or software issues.
  • Providing ongoing support and problem resolution for merchants.
  • Scheme certification support and PCI DSS implementation.
  • Managing card acceptance and fraud awareness training to merchants.
  • Handling merchant and general enquiries and assisting the team to resolve merchant issues.
  • Resolving inquiries and issues for ecommerce merchants with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintaining merchant websites and apps to ensure product and service offerings align with agreements.
Requirements

A university graduate in a relevant subject such as banking or finance.

Five years of experience, with at least two years in sales, preferably in merchant acquiring.
