Job Purpose

End to end Merchant support with regards to terminal installation, replacement, removal, integration and E-Commerce. On-going support to merchants on day to day trouble shoot arising from merchants.

Key Tasks and Duties

  • Follow up with vendors for providing solution on any terminal (hardware / software) issues.
  • Weekly and monthly screening of POS support reports with vendor.
  • Maintenance of stocks for all terminal related inventories (POS, SIMs, accessories & other hardware).
  • Provide on-going support and problem resolution for merchants.
  • Responsible for setting up & reviewing merchant's document.
  • Coordination with terminal vendor for installation, replacement and removal of terminal.
  • Card acceptance and fraud awareness training when required.
  • Handling Merchants and general enquiries & help the team to resolve merchant queries.
  • E-Commerce integration with Merchants.
  • POS integration rollout all type.
  • Merchant APP QR roll-out support.
  • Coordinate with CPS team to ensure terminals preparation are on time.
  • Support Business in coordination with terminal vendor for timely installation new and existing, replacement and removal of terminal.
  • Timely zero sale terminal removal so that it can be utilized at other locations.
  • End to End support on all application testing, UATs, Compliance Upgrade, Enhancements.
  • Follow up with vendors for providing solution on any terminal (hardware / software) issues.
  • End to End support merchants on POS Integration along with the vendors (DLL) based for POS, Smart POS and Kiosk.
  • Verifying and process the payment of POS managing services.
  • Provide support to POS RM on top 300 key Acquiring Relationships.
  • Arrange periodic visit to top contributing outlets to perform POS health check.
  • POS installation for government & Key Large Corporates.

Qualifications

A university graduate in a relevant subject such as banking or finance

Experience

Three years' experience of which at least two years should be in the sales, preferably in Merchant Acquiring.
