As a seasoned .NET Full Stack Developer, you will lead architectural discussions and decisions, taking initiatives to improve or create new standards. You will collaborate with software developers in daily tasks, mentor, delegate, and assist other developers using technical expertise. Your role will involve driving engagement and talent retention, implementing new ideas in cooperation with multiple teams, and improving internal processes across teams.

About the Role
  • This is a hybrid work opportunity that offers a perfect blend of remote and office work. The ideal candidate should have 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in the IT sector, with proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • The successful candidate will be experienced in asynchronous programming, familiar with different software development lifecycles, and have experience as a full-stack developer with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
  • We are looking for a team player who is fluent in English, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and self-initiative. The ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, accountability, and ownership.
  • You will participate in project ceremonies, follow best practices and technical standards throughout projects, and utilize tools, standards, and frameworks used within the team.
