Senior Full Stack Developer Role

A high-calibre Senior Full Stack Developer is sought to lead architectural discussions and decisions, driving initiatives to improve or create new standards.

About the Job
  • This senior role acts as a proxy between development teams and clients, working closely with software developers and other stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in development and be proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor, delegate, and assist other developers using technical expertise, motivating and coaching team members to address impediments.
  • Drive engagement and talent retention, implementing new ideas in cooperation with multiple teams and improving internal processes across teams.
  • Develop programming guidelines and ensure adherence, maintaining technical standards, quality measures, and customer standards.
Requirements
  1. 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in the IT sector.
  2. Experience with relational databases and asynchronous programming.
  3. Familiarity with different software development lifecycles, particularly Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps approaches.
  4. Experience as a full-stack developer with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and excellent communication skills.
  6. Awareness of DevOps practices, containerization, and document-based databases.
  7. Strong teamwork skills, self-initiative, and ability to learn and deliver independently.
