Hotel Operations Leader

As a seasoned hotel operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations.
  • Train and manage front desk staff, concierge, bell desk, and night auditors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and requests to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure efficient room status updates and maintain accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and personalized guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or as a front office manager in a hotel environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and technology platforms.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
