Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading teams, managing inventory and maintaining high standards of customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and cash handling
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless communication across the organization
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a deputy or assistant manager role
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
