We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering projects and lead a team of engineers. The successful candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in EPC projects, specifically in a leadership role with delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance and support for their professional growth and development
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met
  • Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure our company remains at the forefront of the market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
