A high-performing HR Manager is required to lead and manage our Human Resources Department in Oman.

This role reports directly to the Country Manager and oversees a team of 5 HR professionals. Close collaboration with Regional Managers and various departments is essential for aligning HR policies and procedures across the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage change initiatives within the organization
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures
  • Negotiate and maintain positive trade union relationships
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters
  • Conduct manpower planning and forecasting
  • Design and deliver training programs for HR staff

The position is open to Omani Nationals only.

Candidate Profile
  • Must have a background in HR generalist functions
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record of strategic and operational achievements
  • Ability to work hands-on and drive results-oriented solutions
  • Desirable: prior experience as an HR Business Partner

Salary range: 3000 - 3500 OR per month
