The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning & Quality Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, developing training programs, and ensuring that all staff members receive regular coaching and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of improving employee performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
