Job Description

This role focuses on achieving exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability within the outlet environment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining high morale and teamwork standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that food products meet hotel vision and brand personality requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate business activities in the outlet.
  • Monitor F&B costs and recommend proactive measures to enhance profitability.

Budgeting and Finance:

  1. Establish effective communication channels across all levels.
  2. Conduct regular briefings and follow-up discussions.

Technical Expertise:

  2. Collaborate with Accounting to develop inventory procedures.

Ensuring accurate cash-handling practices is crucial.

Customer Focus:
  1. Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Ensure presentation and service quality align with the hotel's image.

Monitor cost of sales and identify revenue-increasing opportunities.

Marketing Initiatives:
  1. Partner with Food & Beverage Manager and Marketing Communications to enhance Buzz exposure.
