Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving execution excellence across the sales department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent performance across sales staff, brokers, and key departments. They will also be involved in system compliance, broker performance, team development, and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs of the sales team through Salesforce and trackers.
  • Analyze lead conversion, broker performance, and sales trends to identify improvement areas.
  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing sales staff.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews, performance assessments, and pipeline check-ins.
  • Report attendance, responsiveness, and punctuality standards within the team.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with national and international brokers.
  • Track broker activity, follow up on underperformers, and drive activation campaigns.
  • Manage broker materials with the Marketing Department and ensure timely sharing.
  • Assist with the coordination of site visits, exhibitions, roadshows, and internal sales events.
  • Support the Sales Director in executing strategic initiatives and preparing presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations or management.

Deep understanding of CRM systems.

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and driving performance.

Ability to work and maintain high operational standards.

Strong analytical mindset and emotional intelligence.
