Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking dynamic professionals to lead our sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Executing sales action plans, including engaging with managerial and departmental accounts to achieve targets.
  • Establishing parameters for transient and group business, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers.
  • Providing market insights and competition trends through direct sales, calls, and mail.
  • Maintaining major account files and assisting in account management system updates.
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing up-selling opportunities.
Key Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in leisure sales and the hospitality industry is crucial.
  • Local market knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems is necessary.
