Guest Relations Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Creates memorable experiences for our guests through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving.
  • Handles all guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assists with various front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and credit card handling.
  • Updates registration cards and maintains accurate records.
  • Prepares reports and performs administrative tasks according to hotel standards.
  • Acts as an ambassador of the hotel, engaging with guests and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolves guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops and supports trainees and interns in the front office.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and reporting tools.
