Job Summary

A Guest Service Agent - Front Office is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver excellent reception services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide front office services to ensure an exceptional guest experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience by maintaining knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general hotel information.
  • Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques and promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash following hotel policies.
