A Guest Service Agent - Front Office is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver excellent reception services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide front office services to ensure an exceptional guest experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience by maintaining knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general hotel information.
- Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques and promote hotel services and facilities.
- Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash following hotel policies.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
