
Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

About this Role:
- A Hotel Representative is responsible for ensuring the exceptional experience of Italian-speaking guests at our hotel or during their travel experience.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, handling arrivals and departures, guest requests, issues, and liaising between the hotel and external parties.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing detailed information about hotel facilities and services
- Support clients with check-in/check-out procedures and translate documents when necessary
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of client feedback and report to supervisors
- Promote additional services and excursions to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
- Ensure guest preferences are met
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are an asset
- Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience is preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule – availability to work weekends and holidays
