Pool Safety Specialist

Job Description:

As a Pool Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean pool environment. You will ensure the pool area is free from hazards and provide excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean pool environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Supervise pool guests for safety
  • Assist with recreation rental equipment

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Senior School qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of lifeguard experience
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel environment is advantageous
  • CPR/Lifeguard certification
  • Strong swimming skills for rescue operations
  • Friendly attitude and willingness to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule availability including afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Good physical stamina and strength for long shifts and lifting tasks
