Concierge Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to create memorable moments for our guests.

  • Develops and implements personalized guest experiences.
  • Collaborates with external partners to craft unique experiences for guests.
  • Knowledge of local culture, sports, and activities is essential.
  • Handles all front desk operations including check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint resolution, and guest relations.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for guest services.
  • Assists with billing and invoice preparation.
  • Presents reports according to established standards.
  • Maintains high levels of service excellence in accordance with industry standards.
  • Supports operational shifts at the front desk and assists the team.
  • Acts as an ambassador of the hotel, engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Fosters a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Ensures adherence to quality, sustainability, and FLHSS standards.
  • Trains and develops team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains accurate records of guest interactions and updates Guest360 data.
  • Promotes the recognition program to guests.
  • Upholds high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Effectively handles guest complaints and escalates issues as necessary.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless teamwork.
