Job Overview

Digital Mall Jobs وظائف المول الرقمي is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team members, develop marketing programs, and set and meet the KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and determine the most effective marketing approaches to achieve marketing targets and business objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement various marketing strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Persuasive Presentations: Deliver persuasive marketing presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of our product or service.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and ongoing support.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, employing marketing techniques and tactics to overcome objections and handle negotiations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and refine sales approaches.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, including creating compelling messaging and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing digital products & services (1 Year)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English writing and speaking
  • Skilled in Math and Computers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
