We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Commercial Officer.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Executing tasks related to company incorporation and application of various permits, clearances, and licenses.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers.
  • Implementing follow-up procedures to manage customer accounts.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and relevant authorities.
  • Following up with customers and authorities to ensure timely receipt of permits and licenses.
  • Responding promptly to customer requests, problems, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to complete pending tasks.
  • Contributing to the formulation and implementation of the Commercial Strategy in alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Ensuring the cascading of company and organizational strategies into business plans for alignment across departments.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Understanding of stakeholder relationship management, lead generation, sales, negotiation, and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of contract management, project management, feasibility studies, and business case development.
  • Familiarity with the industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
