Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Policy Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and processes for our Islamic Window. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial institution.

  • Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, control functions, business units, and other departments for timely review and completion of documentation.
  • Present documents and details to concerned parties for clarification.
  • Notify and explain new policies and procedures to relevant parties.

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree holder with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Islamic Financial Institutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and operations of Islamic Financial Institutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Alignment with our mission, vision, values, and operating principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oman National
