This role involves relationship management, business growth and expansion in the Islamic finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to Strategic Planning by identifying opportunities for income generation in targeted markets and industries.
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, focusing on maximizing account profitability while adhering to banking policies.
- Analyze, evaluate and process corporate credit proposals, providing recommendations based on thorough assessments.
- Establish new business relationships with prospective customers within the designated sector, expanding the bank's portfolio.
- Prepare high-quality and timely credit proposals for analysis and approval, ensuring they are aligned with authority levels.
- Identify potential risks early and take appropriate actions to handle and recover those situations effectively.
- Sustain and strengthen ongoing profitable relationships with key customers.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank's range of products and services to meet evolving client needs.
- Omani nationals only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking sector.
