
Sales Territory Manager

The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new accounts across Oman, targeting general trade and modern trade channels.
A key responsibility is to expand distribution through existing and new channels, fostering strong relationships with retail partners along the way.
This role involves tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and account performance, as well as collaborating with retail execution and marketing teams to drive growth.
To succeed in this position, one must possess strong negotiation and closing skills, experience in FMCG sales or business development, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
In addition, proficiency in Arabic and English is highly valued, as is being highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
