Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the overall team performance.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve key performance indicators and contribute to the success of the branch.
  • Maintain detailed reports on customer interactions and closed deals, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers through daily in-branch and outside sales calls, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis, informing strategic decisions and adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to branch processes and report any deviations to the Senior Personal Banker, maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance products, services, and processes, reducing cycle times and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve complex customer complaints and minimize attrition.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, strategies, and target achievements.
