Drive Sales Success

We're seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Director to help us achieve our room night sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing daily sales activities and coaching their team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily sales activities and coach the team to drive results
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase occupancy, average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  • Lead marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services and amenities

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
  • You have a strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
  • You must speak the local language(s)
