Job Title: Senior Culinary Professional

This position involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals in high-end establishments, adhering to strict standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily production and service meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards.
  • Plan and design menus to cater to diverse customer profiles.
  • Monitor and control food production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to guarantee adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Meet production targets and update menu files accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and lounge equipment logs.
  • Guarantee a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Key Interactions Include:

  • Internal: Prepare documentation, coordinate with senior management, and maintain cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a College Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate, have 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, and demonstrate proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Special Skills & Knowledge:
  • Food Safety Certification, basic first aid knowledge, and proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
