Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Specialist to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your main duties will include taking orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, etc.
  • Handle cash transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate records of sales
  • Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
  • Ensure that all food safety standards are met while handling food products
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Egyptian national living in or willing to relocate to Muscat
  • No previous English language skills required
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
