About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn about open source technology and develop your business acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will be working closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and provide solutions using our products.

  • You will collect customer requirements and advise them on the best solutions for their business.
  • Identify customer challenges and articulate how our products can help solve them.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products to prospective and current clients.
  • Liaise with product teams to provide feedback on requirements to influence the product roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with your sales team to reach common targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document customer business requirements.
  • Advising customers on the benefits and use cases of our products.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and demos.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide feedback.
Requirements

We are looking for exceptional individuals who possess strong technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a technical subject and experience working with Linux and cloud computing concepts. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Strong academic track record.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative chosen path.
  • Confidence to speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation.
  • Track record of achieving outstanding results.
