In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and growth within the organization. As a Cloud Professional Services Manager, your primary focus lies in guiding your team towards delivering high-quality results, ensuring timely completion of projects, and driving innovation in open source solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Ceph. Practical knowledge of Linux and networking is also essential. Your experience in technical presales will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders, presenting our products and services in an engaging manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, a passion for developing and growing people, coupled with experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring engineers, will make you an exceptional fit for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior.
  • Work remotely in a single major time zone.
