Job Title

A challenging and rewarding leadership role has become available in our engineering team. As a Linux Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Ubuntu on the latest hardware platforms.

  • You will lead an engineering team to deliver high-quality Ubuntu experiences on various IoT and server-class hardware platforms and software stacks.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to ensure timely delivery of optimised Ubuntu solutions.
  • Develop and coach your team to achieve quality and reliability standards.

This is a technical leadership position that requires experience in software engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with key technology partners.

The ideal candidate will have worked with Linux distributions, debian packaging, and high-performance hardware. You should also have experience working directly with customers, resolving technical issues, and effectively communicating solutions.
