Job Title: Public Relations Officer

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team in Masqaţ, Oman.

  1. Registration and compliance with tax department, municipality license, and lease agreement for the Branch office space.
  2. Work permit, residency, visa, and immigration documentation.
  3. Letters of invitation and required attestation.
  4. Scheduling staff's visa, medical appointments, and coordination with internal and external departments.
  5. Collecting necessary documentation for visas and permits for the Oman Branch.
  6. Supporting staff inquiries regarding visas, passports, and related matters.
  7. Maintaining current and arranging timely renewals for visas, medical, and labor permits.
  8. Human resources support concerning labor and immigration matters.
  9. Providing administrative and HR support as required.
  10. Handling public relations tasks.
  11. Assisting with machine inspections, machine registration, signboard approvals, CR paper updates, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or relevant college diploma holder.
  • Experience: 5+ years, preferably in Machinery Manufacturing industry.
  • Omani nationality (required).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (required).
  • Oman Driving License (required).
  • Own vehicle (required).
