Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding products and services. This includes actively listening to customers and offering solutions based on their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle stressful situations effectively. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, while knowledge of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding products and services.
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Recording and documenting interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
