Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team at Alila Hinu Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Information Systems department, ensuring the efficient operation of all IS systems and hardware. This role involves coordinating with hotel management to minimize overhead expenses and maximize productivity in all areas.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the Information Systems department and ensure the efficient operation of all IS systems and hardware
  • Coordinate with hotel management to minimize overhead expenses and maximize productivity
  • Provide technical assistance to authorized users
  • Assist with employee recruitment, selection, and training
  • Conduct performance development discussions and support employees in their professional development goals
